These gummy rings contain USDA-certified organic and vegan ingredients and come in full-spectrum and THC-free varieties. Each container has 30 multi-flavored gummies in 30 mg, 60 mg, and 90 mg (very strong) strengths.

My experience: The gummies were my favorite R&R product because they were exceptionally tasty and had noticeable, long-lasting effects when I took several pieces. They were so good that I went through the whole container in a few days. I also like the premium ingredients, like tapioca instead of corn syrup.

Specialized Gummies

Aside from its regular gummies, R&R also has three specialized full-spectrum formulas:

1. Sleep gummies with 25 mg CBD, 5 mg of the “sleepy cannabinoid” cannabinol (CBN), the stress-relieving herb ashwagandha, and calming amino acid l-theanine.
2. Pain gummies with 30 mg CBD, 5 mg of minor cannabinoid cannabigerol (CBG), and pain-relieving, anti-inflammatory herbs devil’s claw and boswellia.
3. De-stress gummies with 30 mg CBD, 2.5 mg CBN, 2.5 mg CBG, and the calming herbs St. John’s Wort and chamomile.

The formulas are impressive, and the third-party tests show high minor cannabinoid levels, a sign of high-quality full-spectrum CBD extract.

Antonio’s experience: I tested all 3 gummies. They tasted as fantastic as they looked, like delicious fruit candy. I like the vegan ingredients and added ingredients in both formulas; the extra plant extracts seem to enhance the effects.

1. When taking one destress gummy I noticed mild relaxation, which was stronger and more pleasant when taking 2-3 gummies at a time.
2. Meanwhile, I took 2-3 pain gummies after two 5km training runs, which seemed to help manage pain and inflammation in my knees and had relaxing effects.
3. The sleep gummies worked well. I started with one an hour before bed and felt relaxed, sleeping well. With two gummies, I felt even more relaxed and slept through the night. I noticed vivid dreams and my Apple Watch showed over an hour of deep sleep each night. I appreciate that the relaxation is gentle, unlike melatonin-based gummies that knock you out.

CBD Cream

R&R’s cream contains full-spectrum CBD and other natural anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving compounds such as arnica, MSM, and calendula. It’s available in three strengths, as well as a THC-free version.

My experience: I used a sample of the cream my shoulders after a workout and did notice a bit of soreness relief, which is a great sign because many CBD topicals contain menthol, making it hard to see if the CBD is doing anything. I like the formula and price point.

CBD Pain Roll-On

This roll-on pairs menthol with high-strength CBD (2500 mg) and CBG (500 mg). It’s also full-spectrum, making it even more effective, contains the joint health ingredient MSM, and many other anti-inflammatory ingredients.

Antonio’s experience: I had high hopes for this roll-on but ultimately it didn’t help that much with pain. The roll-on application didn’t work well; it kept getting stuck, making it hard to apply enough product, which could be a one-off issue, but it affected my experience. After spending about 5 minutes trying to apply it to my knee, which has been in pain due to a training injury, I didn’t notice any significant relief.

These CBD dog chews are made with full-spectrum CBD. They carry 5 mg CBD per piece with a chicken flavor.

My experience: I gave a sample of the chews to a friend and he said his dog liked them and acted more chill afterward.

Third-Party Test Results

I always look at third-party lab test results to confirm that CBD companies sell safe, accurate, and effective products. Specifically, I check for:

• The levels of CBD, which should be within 10% of the label (3)
• The levels of minor cannabinoids like CBG (quality full-spectrum products should have at least 10%)
• The levels of THC
• Whether the CBD type (full, broad-spectrum, or isolate) is accurate
• Whether there are any contaminants

• The tincture contains 5175.5 mg of CBD, which is only 3.5% more than the label, which is great, and 8.7% minor cannabinoids, which is pretty good.
• The gummies contain 8.4% more CBD, which is an excellent result.
• The capsules have only 2.6% more CBD, another great result.

These results and the other ones I looked at are below or slightly above the 10% cutoff, so I consider them accurately labeled. The only exception was the dog pet chews, which contained 20% more than labeled. But that’s still a good result because the chews have small amounts of CBD (5 mg) so it’s harder to maintain accuracy.

All of the products also contained the advertised type of CBD, with the tests showing multiple cannabinoids and terpenes. My only complaint is that the gummies had relatively low levels of minor hemp cannabinoids.

Overall, the test reports for R&R check off all the right boxes: they’re up-to-date, comprehensive (cannabinoids, terpenes, and contaminants), and match the label.
